YOUR SCRIPT. YOUR ROLE. YOUR TURN.
Line Locker turns scripts into focused, interactive rehearsals. Hear every cue, speak your part, practice from memory, and see exactly what to work on next.
Built for iPad and iPhone · Closed beta in progressI hope so. But I must confess that the moment I saw you, I distrusted you.
HOW IT WORKS
Bring the scene, choose your part, and start speaking. Line Locker keeps the script and the controls easy to reach.
Type or paste text, choose a PDF or text file, scan printed pages, or share a PDF directly to Line Locker.
Review the detected speaking characters, choose who you play, and let Line Locker handle every remaining cue.
See your full line, hear each cue, and use live speech matching to keep the scene moving without losing your place.
A REHEARSAL SCREEN THAT BREATHES
Large, adaptive text fills the lesson window so you can stay focused on the moment—not hunt through a cramped dashboard. Your turn is highlighted, the live microphone meter reacts to your voice, and Pause, Next, and Finish & Score stay within reach.
I hope so. But I must confess that the moment I saw you, I distrusted you.
MORE WAYS TO PRACTICE
Type or paste, import from Files, scan printed pages with on-device OCR, or use Share Sheet PDF import.
Recall your next line from the cue, speak it before time runs out, and celebrate every attempt.
Assign roles to people in the room, pass the iPad at each handoff, and let the app read unassigned characters.
Review accuracy, pacing, completion, response time, missed words, retries, skips, and progress across rehearsals.
CONSTRUCTIVE, NOT CRITICAL
Results are based on what actually happened during the rehearsal. See completed lines, close matches, missed or changed words, response time, retries, and skips—without pretending to measure emotions the app did not analyze.
Use clear practice directions for pacing, energy, clarity, and intention as another way into the scene.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Script scanning and OCR happen on the device. Microphone input is used for line matching, and recordings are not required to understand your results. Imported scans are not sent to a public website.
